A DUDLEY teenager who had a combat knife in Stourport has been ordered to pay £280 and had the knife confiscated.

Bradley Sheldon, aged 19, of Oakham Road, admitted the offence and magistrates made a community order, including 40 hours voluntary work.

He was told to pay £185 court costs and a £95 victim surcharge.

Lee James Ball, aged 38, of Lawley Street, admitted breaching a harassment order by attending an address in Spinners Meadow.

He was fined £103 and ordered to pay £119 in prosecution costs and victim funds.

A Stourbridge man who drove while unfit through drugs has been banned and fined.

Mather James Carradine, aged 48, of Kennedy Court, Green Street, pleaded guilty to the offence in Lye. He was banned for 17 months, fined £200 and ordered to pay £34 to the victim services fund.

Leigh-Anne Brownhill, aged 34, of Park Road, Lower Gornal, had her sentence deferred on the expectation that she would keep out of trouble and continue to work with local drugs agencies.

She admitted theft of confectionary worth £45 from One Stop and breaching a conditional discharged imposed by magistrates in August.

A Kingswinford man who was more than three times over the drink-drive limit has been banned for two years.

When tested, Glenn Mallen, aged 68, of Blaze Park, had 338 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood when the limit is 100.

He must pay £339 in fines and costs. He pleaded guilty.

Timothy Adrian Partridge, aged 55, of Falcon Way, Russells Hall, was given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £22 into the victim services fund after he admitted stealing various items worth £140 from B&M Stores and £38 worth from Wilko.
