PLANS have been submitted to build a new home in Rowley Regis.
Mr Muhammad Ali has applied to Sandwell Council to demolish a small single-storey extension attached to 6, Bond Street and replace it with a new home.
The new home would be three-storey to match the existing home at no. 6 if plans get the go-ahead.
The proposal will be considered by planners.
