The former HSBC bank building, which was converted into a restaurant, is going under the hammer at the next Bond Wolfe Auctions online sale on Wednesday December 9 with a guide price of £195,000+.
Located in the High Street, at the junction with Birmingham Road, the property has been used as a restaurant in recent years but is in need of refurbishment and is described as suitable for a variety of alternative uses subject to obtaining any necessary planning permission.
