PLANS to build a detached house on empty land in Oldbury have been submitted to Sandwell Council.
Applicant Louise Burns wants to build a three bedroom detached house on the corner of Florence Road and Wolverhampton Road.
The land, next to 63, Florence Road, is currently empty.
If plans get the go-ahead the house would have a kitchen, lounge, utility, cloakroom and two toilets on the ground floor and three bedrooms and an ensuite as well as a main bathroom on the first floor.
There would be a drive and wall with railings.
