A ROWLEY REGIS home has made it into the top ten most viewed properties in the country online.

The four-bedroom end terrace in Ross, Rowley Regis, has been viewed more than 59,000 times, according to Zoopla.

The property website said the house, which is opposite Britannia Park, was clicked on 59,424 in the 30 days leading up to Friday (November 21).

This makes it ninth in the most viewed properties for sale on Zoopla in the UK.

The home is up for £230k and is being sold through Purplebricks.

It boasts a lounge, kitchen/diner, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and an en-suite and a garden, drive and garage.

A four-bed terrace in the street sold for £253k in July.

"The range of property types that people are looking at is broad, and includes terraced houses, detached cottages and even a static caravan, highlighting that in this period of market buoyancy, appetite for property is more diverse than ever."

The website said people are tending to look for homes with more garden space and somewhere to escape.

The most viewed property in the UK on Zoopla was a 2 bed holiday home in Chichester which is on the market for £44,995.
