Teen rushed to hospital with head injury after alleged street robbery in Eltham
A 17-year-old was rushed to hospital with a head injury after an alleged robbery on a residential Eltham street.
Police were called to Congreve Road shortly before 2am on Saturday morning to reports of a robbery, where they found the victim suffering a head injury.
He was taken to a south London hospital where his injuries were assessed as not life-threatening.
A 25-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm, wounding with intent and criminal damage.
He was bailed pending further enquiries to a date in mid-December.
Enquiries are ongoing and anyone with information is asked to call police on 101, quoting 626/28Nov.
