A PROPOSAL to build two homes on land in Oldbury has been submitted to planners.
The application to build two semi-detached homes next to 15, Cartwright Gardens, has been put to Sandwell Council.
Khalilullah Wali has submitted the scheme.
If it gets the go-ahead the homes would have three bedrooms, kitchen/diners, living rooms and downstairs toilets.
The application can be viewed on Sandwell Council's planning website by entering reference DC/20/64899.
