PROPOSALS for a detached house in Halesowen have been submitted to planners.
The application for a three-bedroom detached house in Furnace Hill has been put to Dudley Council.
Documents submitted to planners state that the site, opposite Our Plaice Fish and Chip shop, had permission for a home to be built on it, but the planning permission has now expired.
A tree survey notes that an oak tree which is covered by a Tree Preservation Order should be protected by barriers while construction takes place.
It states: "There is sufficient space for the erection of scaffolding in order to construct the dwelling."
The application is a resubmission of a previous identical application, which was withdrawn so that more information could be collated.
The site is on land next to 2, Furnace Hill.
