AN OLDBURY homeowner wants to create the ultimate man cave - a garden building complete with snooker room, library, office, gym, sauna and bar.
Gurmail Lakhanpal, of 15, Primrose Bank, has submitted an application to Sandwell Council for the large 68 square metre garden building which will be clad in black timber, if proposals get the thumbs up.
Plans note that the proposal is for a "68 sqm garden building / snooker room - to house outdoor office, gym, sauna, a bar and WC with feature sliding doors."
A drawing of the interior also shows space for a library and a snug.
It sounds like the kind of garden retreat we could all do with during lockdown.
The planning notes state that there would be an oak feature sliding window and cavity walls.
