A FORMER NHS day centre in Blackheath is set to come under the hammer with a £850k guide price.
The former centre on the corner of Birmingham Road and Henderson Way has planning permission to be transformed into 39 apartments.
It will be sold at a Royal Estates online auction, which starts at noon next Tuesday (April 6) and ends on Thursday April 8, at 2pm.
The sales notes state that: "The 0.86 acre site has been granted full planning permission for partial demolition and proposed conversion and extension to create 39 No. 1 & 2 bed apartments with associated parking, landscaping and railings to boundary."
The apartments would have 33 car parking spaces.
The sales notes go on: "We are advised there is no section 106 agreement to pay and no social housing requirement."
