LUCKILY no one was injured after a car careered into a house in Rowley Regis last night.
Fire crews from Oldbury and Haden Cross were called to the scene in Highmoor Road at around 10.10pm after a car left the road and crashed into the front of a property.
Fortunately there was no structural damage and no-one trapped, a spokesman for West Midlands Fire Service confirmed.
Firefighters from Haden Cross said on Twitter that West Midlands Police and West Midlands Ambulance Service also attended and they added: "No persons injured, just rather surprised to find a car in the front room!"
The driver of the vehicle had reportedly left the scene of the incident.
A spokesman for West Midlands Police said: "No one reported any injuries to us and enquiries continue.
"Anyone with information can contact us via live chat or by calling 101 and quoting crime reference number 20/479190/21."
