A PLOT of Oldbury land has gone up for sale for £499,950.
The site is at the junction of Wolverhampton Road and Hagley Road with the sales notes stating that "it occupies a prominent position close to McDonalds and Chiquito restaurants."
It is a 0.474 acre plot and is accessed off Wolverhampton Road.
Pictures show the land, which is being marketed by The Online Property Agency, being used as a car park.
The sales note state: "The OPA are pleased to present this exciting opportunity to acquire a 0.474 acre site, suitable for a wide variety of uses both commercial and residential, subject to obtaining the necessary planning permission.
"It is situated approximately 2 miles from Junction 3 of the M5 motorway and is served by regular bus routes to Birmingham City Centre to the east, Oldbury town centre to the north and Quinton and Halesowen to the West."
