A PROPOSAL to build a home on land in Rowley Regis has been submitted to Sandwell Council planners.
The application is for a detached two-bedroom house land next to 2, Ruskin Avenue.

The site is opposite Blackheath Primary school with the application from Julie and Jeff Warren, of Oldbury.
Plans show two double bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor.
The application will be considered by council planners.
