PEOPLE are being urged to get on the trails of some real bargains - and help raise cash for Mary Stevens Hospice into the bargain.

The hospice has organised a 'Jumble Sale Trail' for Saturday May 22, which will see people hold jumble sale stalls in their front gardens.

Bargain hunters can make their way around the trail, which will run from 9am to 3pm.

There will be a trail map to guide people along the way.

To get a copy supporters can register online before 3pm on Friday and it will be sent out via email that afternoon. Click here to register.

Or people can collect a trail map on Saturday morning from the hospice in Oldswinford or from the recycling centre on Park Lane, Cradley.

Anyone wishing to host a sale will be sent a pack including balloons and posters to help publicise their involvement.

James Totney, community and events fundraiser at Mary Stevens Hospice, said: “We hope this event will be an opportunity for our community to come together and collectively enjoy their day. You will be participating in the day knowing that you are supporting the hospice by raising vital funds to help us ensure that we can continue to care for our community."

A spokesman for the charity said: "We're really pleased we have had stalls from a variety of areas sign up."
