A PROPOSAL to build a home on land in Rowley Regis has been given the thumbs up by Sandwell Council planners.
The detached two-bedroom house will be built on land next to 2, Ruskin Avenue.
The site is opposite Blackheath Primary school with the application from Julie and Jeff Warren, of Oldbury.

Plans show two double bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor.
The development must start within three years of approval being granted.
