A SERIES of Halesowen roads are set to be targeted by police in a crackdown on speeding motorists.
Halesowen Police appealed for people to put forward suggestions of roads where enforcement is needed.
They received a series of suggestions and have added Hawne Lane, Cherry Street, Greenhill Road, Colley Lane, Portsdown Road, Woodbury Road, Carters Lane, Abbey Rd, Meres Rd and New John Street to their list of target areas for speed checks.
Halesowen Police received the string of suggested roads when they tweeted on Saturday (June 19): "We are proactively out in the van today, conducting speed enforcements across our neighbourhood, drop us a street name below and well try and check it out."
