A HALESOWEN road will be closed for two weeks while a blocked sewer which is flooding is repaired.
Grammar School Lane closed yesterday (Monday June 21) and is expected to remain closed until Monday July 5.
It is closed between the Earls roundabout and the northern boundary of no.10 Grammar School Lane while a blocked foul sewer, which is flooding, is excavated.
The 7.5 tonne weight restriction on Furnace Lane (from the roundabout to Whittingham Road) will be suspended for the duration of the closure.
The diversion is via Furnace Lane, Whittingham Road, Old Hawne Lane, Grammar School Lane, and vice versa.
