A BID to build a house on vacant land in Oldbury has been submitted to planners.
The application, for a four-bedroom detached house on land to the side of 342 Newbury Lane, has been submitted to Sandwell Council.
Plans from Jeff and Julie Warren, of Knottsall Lane, Oldbury, show a utility room, kitchen, dining room, lounge, toilet and garage on the ground floor and four bedrooms, one with an en-suite, and a family bathroom on the first floor.
The application states: "Mr Warren owns the vacant piece of land adjacent to 342 Newbury Lane, Rowley Regis and has previously had planning permission for a pair of semi detached houses on the piece of land.
"It is Mr Warren’s intention to construct a single detached four bedroom house."
There would be two car parking spaces at the front of the home as well as the garage.
The couple's bid to build a detached two-bedroom home on empty land between houses in Ruskin Avenue, Rowley Regis, was given the thumbs up earlier this year.
