TICKETS are on sale for a Halesowen panto group's next show.

Startime Variety are performing Hercules the panto, which has been written and produced by member Holly Mills, at Cornbow Hall in the town centre from Thursday January 27 until Sunday January 30.

It is the group's first show since 2019 due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Hercules is set in the Overworld an unremarkable Quaint Greek Town.

There are ghouls and other characters apart from Hercules such as Demi, Persephone, Annie, Ouch, Phillipa, and Achilles.

Group spokeswoman Jeanette Greenway said: "We have some new members who are performing in a panto for the first time.

"There are some modern songs such as Sound of The Underground and plenty of singing and dancing."

There will be matinee shows on the Saturday and Sunday.

Tickets cost £14 for adults and £12 for children and OAPs. Family tickets, for two adults and two concessions cost £48.
