AN increase in anti-social behaviour in Halesowen town centre has prompted police to step up patrols.
Halesowen Police team said they were out and about in the town centre last night (Monday November 22).
They tweeted that they "are aware of increasing reports of anti-social behaviour in and around Halesowen Town Centre" and said that PCSO Christopher Bilsby and PC Sarah Potter had "spent the evening patrolling hotspot locations and speaking to members of the public."
They said "there were no reports of anti-social behaviour during our patrols."
Halesowen bus station is a hot spot for anti-social behaviour as there have been reports in the past of youths gathering there and causing trouble in the town.
