TWO cars crashed in Halesowen - with emergency services called to the scene.

The crash happened on Carters Lane at around 2.28pm yesterday (Monday November 22).

Police, firefighters and two ambulances attended and a woman, who had suffered minor injuries, was discharged at the scene.

A spokesman for West Midlands Ambulance Service said: “We were called at 2.28pm to reports of a road traffic collision involving two cars on Carters Lane, Halesowen.

"Two ambulances and a paramedic officer attended the scene.

"On arrival, we found one patient, a woman, the driver of the first car.

"She was assessed on scene and had sustained injuries considered to be minor.

"She was given self care advice and discharged on scene.

"The driver of the second car did not require assessment.”
