AN Oldbury car park site has been sold through property agents Bond Wolfe in a deal worth £233,000 and it could be turned into new homes.
The 0.17 acre plot of land at 82 Brades Lane has been sold to a developer with a view to building houses on the site, subject to planning approval.
James Mattin, managing director agency at Birmingham-based Bond Wolfe, said: “We are delighted to have concluded this sale on behalf of our developer client.
“There is strong interest in smaller development sites, attracting interest from self-builders and this is a prime example. We have another site further along Brades Road with potential for housing which is also attracting plenty of interest.”
Terry Jones Solicitors, based in Shrewsbury, acted for the vendors. HS Lawyers in West Bromwich acted for the local developer.
