A HALESOWEN man is paying a high price for leaving litter in his wake after dropping a cigarette end.
Matthew Mansell, of Beecher Street, was hit with a bill of £339 for dropping a cigarette in Lower Temple Street, Birmingham.
The 29-year-old was fined £220 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £34 to fund victim services.
He was fined at Birmingham Magistrates' Court on Tuesday January 11.
The offence happened on June 2 last year.
