HEREFORD Cheltenham Town Development Centre were brought back to earth after recent success by two defeats.

The under-19 side who also formed part of the Hereford and Ludlow College side recently qualifying for nationals knockouts.

They travelled to a Bristol City A side and ended the first half 2-0 behind.

In the second half they changed mindset and attitude.

Next the Herefordshire youngsters took on Bristol Rovers in an even contested.

It was Rovers who took the lead from a very well finished counter-attack.

The Hereford based Robins responded with skipper Harrison Creed outpacing the defence before firing low into bottom corner to make it 1-1.

The young Herefordshire side put in a battling second half display but were undone by a 86th minute set piece which was headed home before Rovers scored a late third goal.
