AN office building on Blackheath High Street could be turned into flats if plans are given the green light.
An application has been submitted to Sandwell Council to change the use of 14 and 14a on the High Street into three, one bedroom flats.
The building, known as Manchester House, sits at the junction of the High Street and Bassano Road.
The ground floor was formerly used as a bank, while the first floor was home to offices.
The flats would be accessible via the existing entrance on Bassano Road, the plans state.
The application is open to comments on the Sandwell planning portal under the reference PD/22/02004.
