A QUINTON man caught drink driving has been banned from getting behind the wheel.
James Webb, aged 29, of Edison Grove, has been banned from driving for a year after being caught drink driving in his own street.
He appeared at Birmingham Magistrates' Court on Friday January 14 where he admitted the offence.
He was also fined £120 and ordered to pay £90 costs and a £34 surcharge to fund victim services.
He had 41 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeding the prescribed limit.
He was driving a Skoda Fabia at the time of the offence, on December 23 last year.
