A 39-year-old Halesowen man has been hit with a court bill of £477 for driving without due care and attention.
Kevin Gibbons, of Elm Drive, Halesowen, appeared at Birmingham Magistrates' Court on January 11.
He admitted driving a Mercedes Sprinter on Birchfield Lane, Oldbury, without due care and attention.
He was fined £333 with costs of £110 and was ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £34.
Five points were added to his driving licence.
