HALESOWEN Carnival is back after a two-year absence due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
The family fun day will be held on Saturday July 2 at Highfield Park, off Highfield Lane.
An appeal has gone out for volunteers, sponsors, stall holders and performers who would like to get involved in making it a day to remember.
Organiser councillor Stuart Henley said: "We are planning a full, fun-packed event to welcome all back to a Halesowen's largest family event packed with live music, a food and drink festival, a large variety of stalls, a fair and a dog show, plus loads more."
4,000 people attended the carnival in 2019 which was opened by X-Factor star Jaymi Hensley.
Halesowen Carnival returned for the first time in 30 years in 2015 thanks to the hard work of a dedicated team of volunteers.
If you would like to be part of the event, get in touch by emailing halesowencarnival@gmail.com.
