A WOMAN from Quarry Bank must pay more than £400 after drink driving.
Jennifer Ellsey of Judge Road drove a motor vehicle on Green Bank Gardens before a breath test showed she had 77 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
After pleading guilty to the offence, the 38-year-old was fined £250 and ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge and £135 in costs.
She is disqualified from driving for three years.
Meanwhile, a man from Brierley Hill has been handed a community order after being found with a blade.
Orgille Taylor of Moor Street admitted carrying a black flick knife in Borough Crescent on November 30.
The 21-year-old must carry out 150 hours of unpaid work within the next twelve months.
Dudley magistrates ordered him to pay a £95 victim surcharge and £185 in costs.

Danny Malcolm of Saddlers Close drove a motor vehicle on Old Hill High Street before a breath test showed he had 81 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
The 35-year-old drove the vehicle without insurance or a licence.
Malcolm is disqualified from driving for 18 months and must pay £135 in costs and a victim surcharge of £34.
He was also fined £240 by Dudley magistrates.
A woman from Stourbridge has been handed a community order after pleading guilty to assaulting a police officer and carrying a sword.
On May 22 last year Leanne Bywater of Stourbridge Road assaulted a police officer by beating then resisted another officer.
On the same day, she was found by police possessing a sword.
The 35-year-old must have had alcohol dependency treatment for six months and was ordered to pay £100 in compensation and £250 in costs.
