A HALESOWEN building which was used as a function room and has its own car park has failed to sell at auction.

Moose Hall on Queen Street was up at a sale on Wednesday February 16 with a £230k guide price, but failed to hit its reserve.

It's now for sale for offers around £225 and is listed on Rightmove.

The former licensed function room with car park was up at a Cottons auction.

Halesowen News:

Ian Axon, Cottons Associate Partner, said: "There was interest in the building, but it didn't hit its reserve.

"If anyone wants to get planning for the site, they would have to talk to Dudley Council."

The car park has 12 car parking spaces.

The sales notes state: "The property has previously been used as a licensed function/meeting room venue with function room and bar area, kitchen, male and female and disabled toilets with parking situated adjacent.

"The property may be suitable for a variety of uses however all interested parties must make their own enquiries prior to bidding with the council.

"The property is located on Queen Street which is a cul-de-sac and located off the Stourbridge Road (A458)."
