A BID to build a new house in the garden of a Rowley Regis home has been given the go-ahead.
The application from Mr Nad Younis for a three-bedroom house in the garden of 58, Windsor Road, has been approved by planners at Sandwell Council.
The bid was given the thumbs up despite an objection from a neighbour who expressed concerns that the new home would invade their privacy.

The objection states: "I object to this development as it will take the privacy out off my back garden if this planning is agreed.
It goes on: "I don't think it's fair my garden having natural sunlight blocked out by a residential building."
The new home will be a two-storey property.
