A MAN has been arrested after ramming into a police vehicle in a car stolen from Halesowen.
Officers spotted a Seat Cupra, which was believed to have been stolen in a Halesowen burglary, driving through Edgbaston on cloned plates.
The driver rammed into the officers’ police car before fleeing the vehicle.
However, he was soon arrested.
Following a search of the car two huge knives were found “close to hand”.
West Midlands Police Traffic tweeted on Tuesday, May 10: “This Cupra was stolen in a burglary from Halesowen before being used in other criminality.
