A WOMAN who was stabbed during what was believed to be a “domestic incident” in Rowley Regis is stable in hospital.
Police and paramedics attended Petersfield Drive in the early hours of Friday, May 13.
The woman, reported to be in her 50s, was taken to hospital for surgery. A man in his 20s was also taken to hospital.
West Midlands Police has confirmed the woman is stable in hospital whilst the man also remains in hospital with a cut hand.
Previously, West Midlands Police said the woman "suffered multiple stab injuries during what's believed to be a domestic disturbance" and a spokesperson added: "We were called to the house just before 7 am.
"A woman believed to be in her 50s was found with stab wounds and a man, aged 27, arrested on suspicion of wounding.”
