TWO properties in Halesowen town centre offering a glimpse back in time are up for sale with a £90k guide price.
The two two-bedroom terraced properties on Hagley Road, one which used to be Simon Andrews Chiropodist, are being sold as one unit.
Sales notes state the properties, just up the road from Wilkos, "require full renovation" with pictures showing how they have remained unchanged through the years.

"Requiring a full renovation, the properties have two reception rooms, two upstairs bedrooms and kitchen areas.
"There is also shared access to a rear garden."
They state they are in a "prime town centre location."
Estate agent Aaron Tonks said the lot had proved very popular saying he had carried out more than 30 viewings.
He said: "It should be interesting when it goes to auction."
The lot is being sold through eXp UK, West Midlands and marketed by agent Aaron.
