BROMSGROVE based accountants and business advisers Jerroms have joined forces with GCN Accounting Services Limited and will move to Halesowen as a result of the merger.
The company will now be known as Jerroms GCN and will relocate to new offices on Mucklow Office Park which is situated on Halesowen’s Mucklow Hill.
The merger has meant the number of staff increasing to 40 with the move to Halesowen expected to take place this month.
It forms part of Jerroms continued expansion strategy, which just months earlier saw the addition of specialist corporate tax advisers Jerroms Miller to the wider Jerroms Group.
The move will enable the company to increase its reach into key areas of accountancy, business advice, personal and corporate tax planning, corporate finance, financial planning, residential mortgages and access to commercial finance.
Jerroms director Richard Horton said: “Bringing the two practices together enables us to broaden our services to businesses in the region."
