WEST Midlands Railway has reported delays to services between Stourbridge Junction and Rowley Regis this evening (Monday August 15).
A fault with the signalling system between Stourbridge and Rowley Regis has been blamed for the delays.
A notice on the West Midlands Railway Twitter feed said trains would be running at reduced speed on some lines as a result of the problem.
Disruption is expected to last until around 9pm tonight.
