A WEST Bromwich Albion football fixture has been brought forward at the request of West Midlands Police.
The Baggies were scheduled to play Coventry City on Saturday, February 4 at The Hawthorns, however, police have asked the club to move the match.
Aston Villa are set to host Leicester City and Wolves are set to take on Liverpool at the Molineux on the same day.
West Brom’s Championship fixture will now be played on Friday, February 3 at 8 pm.
A statement on the club’s website reads: “Albion’s Sky Bet Championship fixture against Coventry City has been brought forward to Friday, February 3 (ko 8 pm) at the request of West Midlands Police.
"The game was originally scheduled for Saturday, February 4 at The Hawthorns, but has been switched, with Aston Villa and Wolves both set to host fixtures on that day."
