HALESOWEN group Startime Variety is performing the pantomime Dick Whittington in the town this week.
The show will be at Cornbow Hall in the town centre from Thursday February 2 until Sunday February 5.
There will be matinees on the Saturday and Sunday.
Startime member Beth Raithby has written the panto and is playing the part of Alice.
Dick Whittington is one of the most classic pantomimes - the tale of a young boy and his cat, sent by the magical Fairy Bowbells to seek their fame and fortune in London.
But will our two heroes be enough to thwart the wily King Rat and his creepy henchmen?
Startime spokeswoman Jeanette Greenway said: "Our all singing, all dancing production features all the audience participation and slapstick shenanigans you’d expect from the Dick Whittington story - plus, a couple of twists and turns you might not see coming."
Tickets can be obtained by calling 07942 337496.
