AN OLDBURY pub has been put on the market with potential new landlords sought.
The White Swan on Church Street is up for rent.
Admiral Taverns is seeking a new landlord to take on the pub, with the rent priced at £16k a year.
The listing states: "The pub is currently drinks focused and predominantly is driven by consumers looking for value during the day coupled with a solid Friday and Saturday night trade of karaoke and disco.
"There is no cask ale although there is the potential to re-launch and appeal to the cask ale enthusiasts.
"The pub operates a strong rhythm of the week alongside a strong football following which serves both the local team and the Sky fixture list.
"Whilst it is a town centre pub it does have the support of local sports teams."
The pub boasts three bedrooms, a kitchen, office, bathroom and sitting room.
The listing goes on: "This is a fantastic opportunity for the right operator to develop this chameleon operation, by day there is an opportunity to offer a place to rest after a hard day shopping, by evening this is a vibrant circuit pub offering a strong music / DJ led venue, not forgetting a strong focus on all sporting events."
It adds: "Whilst there is not an operational kitchen, there is an opportunity to offer a small “back bar” food offering."
