Coombs Wood Sports and Social Club on Stewarts Road was given the five-star rating on May 24, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.
The club was gutted when it was handed a one-star rating back in November 2021 due to an issue with paperwork regarding allergies.
It was given a five-star rating last January and has just been handed another five-star rating after a re-inspection.
Club steward Dawn Bubb said she was delighted with the five-star rating.
She said: "It's great - after everything we have been through we are really pleased."
New hygiene ratings have also been handed to a cafe, play centre and a takeaway, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows – and it’s great news for them all.
Primrose Cafe at 53a Cradley Road, Netherton, was given a five-star rating on May 23.
Scallywags at Level Street, Brierley Hill, was also given a five rating on May 22.
Mrs B's Deli and Sandwich Bar at 30 Louise Street, Lower Gornal, Dudley was also given a five rating on May 9.
A hygiene rating of 0 means urgent improvement is required; 1 means "major improvement is necessary."
A 2 star rating means "some improvement is necessary", while 3 star means "hygiene standards are generally satisfactory" and 4 star means "hygiene standards are good."
A 5 star rating means "hygiene standards are very good."
