FOUR teenage boys - one aged just 13 - have been arrested after they were spotted by police on the lookout for burglary suspects in Cradley.
A Ford Focus was stolen off Banners Street just before 5am on Thursday (June 15).
It was only driven a few yards before it crashed into a parked car.

All four, aged 13-16, were arrested on suspicion of burglary with intent to steal, and have been bailed with strict conditions, while police continue their enquiries.
