A MAN, aged 18, from Halesowen, has been arrested on suspicion of terrorism offences.
Detectives from Counter Terrorism Policing West Midlands (CTP) have arrested an 18-year-old man from Halesowen today (Saturday, July 15) on suspicion of terrorism offences.
A spokesperson for West Midlands Police said: "The man has been taken to a police station in the West Midlands to be questioned.
"He was arrested on suspicion of encouraging terrorism and distributing a terrorist publication.
"A property is being searched as a result of the pre-planned arrest."
