"INCONSIDERATE" drivers who parked illegally while collecting their takeaways in Halesowen town centre have been shamed by police.
Officers from Halesowen's neighbourhood policing team shared a picture of one car parked on the footpath and another on zig-zag lines on Queensway.
They said the drivers had been issued with fines.
They tweeted: "Halesowen NHT on Police Patrols.
"More inconsiderate parking in Halesowen Town area.
"Parking fully on the footpath & on the zig-zags to collect your takeaway order is not acceptable. Fixed Penalty Notices in the post."
Someone commented on the post saying: "Every night folk park there for their pizza.
"There’s parking spaces literally 20 yards away."
