THE CORNBOW shopping centre in Halesowen is up for sale with a £2.5million price tag.
The centre is home to scores of shops including a large Asda superstore.
Sales notes state that there are 39 tenants including Poundland, Greggs, B&M, Specsavers, Costa Coffee, with the centre's gross income standing at £871,506 per annum.
They say the centre is "anchored by a 73,249 sq ft Asda" which has a lease until 2043, with a 600 space multi storey car park and is "by the town centre bus interchange."
They also state that vacant units could be let out and that the majority of the 52 retail units are located within Hagley Mall.
Notes from agent Savills state: "Hagley Mall provides the best retail accommodation in Halesowen and features the atrium which is a focal point of the town centre."
They go on: "The asset has two units located on Hagley Street either side of the Hagley Street entrance to Hagley Mall, as well as several smaller units located on Queensway.
"In addition to the retail offer, there is a 20,349 sq. ft five storey office building which is currently let to The Borough Council of Dudley until 2064."
