POLICE have issued an appeal to find a man who has gone missing from Dudley.
Neil, aged 38, was last seen earlier today (Monday December 18) trying to drive off in a white Astra with flat tyres.
Dudley Police have asked the public for help to find him.
Appealing on their social media page, they said he was wearing navy blue bottoms and a navy jumper and they urged anyone who sees him to call 999 and quote log 3286 of 18/12/23.
