THE DRIVER of a caravan stolen from Halesowen has been arrested only a few minutes after the theft.
The caravan was spotted by West Midlands Police traffic officers who saw that it was being towed by a cloned vehicle.
They spotted it just minutes after the theft.
The driver was arrested and the caravan has been returned to its owners.
WMP Traffic unit tweeted about the incident today (Tuesday December 19) and shared pictures of the caravan and the good news.
