A BID to build flats on the site of a garage in Oldbury has been submitted to planners.
The land is currently home to a garage for 114, Brookfields Road, but an application has gone in to build three flats on the site.
Mr Manminder Singh, of Warley Road in Oldbury has submitted an application to Sandwell Council to build a three-storey apartment block - with two-bedroom flats on the ground and first floor and a one-bedroom flat in the loft area.
Designs show two bedrooms, a kitchen, lounge and bathroom on the ground and first floor and one bedroom with an en-suite, lounge, kitchen and toilet on the third floor.
there are spaces for four cars shown at the front of the proposed property.
The application, which was validated on Friday December 15, will be considered by planners at Sandwell Council.
