HALESOWEN College has been rated as number six in the National Centre for Diversity’s Top 100 Most Inclusive Workplaces Index for 2023.

The prestigious accolade acknowledges the college’s commitment to being an inclusive and welcoming environment for all staff and students.

The index is compiled annually by the National Centre for Diversity and provides a comprehensive benchmark of the nation’s top employers in terms of their diversity and inclusion policies.

College principal and chief executive, Jacquie Carman, said: “We are delighted to be recognised for our commitment to diversity and inclusion at Halesowen College. The college has a fantastic environment where everyone feels welcome and valued, and this ranking is a great endorsement of our efforts.”

The index is compiled using a range of criteria, including representation of different genders, ethnicities, sexual orientations, disabilities, and religious beliefs.
