THERE will be temporary traffic lights operating on a string of roads across Halesowen this week, Dudley Council has said. 

There will be temporary lights on Stourbridge Road outside the Waggon and Horses pub on Thursday (March 14) while BT carries out repairs to equipment in the footpath.

They will operate from 7am till 7pm.

On Manor Lane there are temporary lights operating until April 5 while Cadent Gas carries out work in the road and footpath to remove and replace cast iron gas mains.

The lights are operating 24 hours from outside Stennels Pool to no.28.

On Hagley Road, Halesowen, there are stop-and-go boards operating until Friday (March 15) from Rosemary Road to Oak Court while Dudley Council patches up the road surface.

They are operating from 9.30am till 3pm.

In Priory Road there are temporary traffic lights operating 24 hours a day until Thursday (March 14) while Cadent Gas carries out work.

In Lutley Mill Road there will be temporary lights opposite no. 11 from today (Monday March 11) until tomorrow (Tuesday March 12) while Severn Trent Water carries out repairs to defects in a sewer line in a manhole chamber.

They will operate from 8am till 5pm.

On Manor Way, Halesowen, there will be lights in the right-hand lane of the dual-carriageway just past the entrance to Sandvik Coromant today (Monday March 11) while Severn Trent water carries out work.

They will operate from 8pm until 11.59pm.

In Alison Road, Halesowen, there are lights until Friday March 15 while Severn Trent Water carries out work.

They will operate from noon till 4pm.

Dudley Council released the information on its list of traffic management for the week.
