ILLEGAL parkers have been hit with fines in Halesowen after police spotted them while out on patrol.
The Range Rover, BMW and Vauxhall were all on double yellow lines with the Range Rover completely blocking the pavement on Hagley Road.
Halesowen police were on patrol targeting anti-social behaviour last night (Tuesday March 12) and hit the cars with fixed penalty notices.
They also warned teens at the bus station about their behaviour and pledged to carry out more patrols around the Halesowen College area to "combat illegal parking and ASB."
